Shipping and Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES are available on orders that are in an original sale condition and with all packaging and tags attached and in original condition.

If you are unsure of fit, please email us with your size details and we will endeavour to get the best size fit for you. You will also find a size guide unique to each item other product page to help you determine your best fit.

Swimwear -  Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached.  We recommend you try on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own cost.

Wetsuits -  Badly creased wetsuits will not be accepted for return unless faulty.  Please pack carefully and return in the original box.

All postage costs of returns are to be incurred by the customer. If you paid for your goods via PayPal and have registered for their "Refunded Returns" service, you will be able to claim returns costs through PayPal.

Please email indigoandsalt@outlook.com with notification of the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then respond with instructions on how to proceed.

We like to work with you to find the perfect item and fit so please provide us with your concerns and sizings.  If a simple size exchange is required please contact us to place a hold on the size you require for exchange.

Parcels must be mailed back to us within seven days of delivery for an effective exchange.  We carry limited editions so time is of the essence to secure your exchange.

Refunds will not be given due to change of mind.

Returns will be given a credit note to be used within 12 months online or in our store.
